You can’t always make it out to a beach in Maine, so why not try turning your kitchen into a seafood shack? In this class with Joe Bayley, you’ll conjure the salty fresh air of the seaside as you learn how to make buttermilk-marinated fried calamari with roasted tomato salsa and beer-battered cod with herby caper aioli. You’ll shuck and steam local mussels for moulle fritte, mussels with cream, leeks, and white wine served with fresh-cut french fries and round out the meal with a citrus romaine salad and possibly never leave home again.

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
