Jazz up your holiday cookies with a contemporary twist! In this class Pamela Arriagada will teach you how to incorporate modern flavors into traditional doughs, shapes, and techniques. You’ll reimagine some nostalgic favorites as you make piles of basler läckerli, a spiced biscuit with honey, candied citrus, and sugar glaze; cardamom and szechuan peppercorn-spiced Linzer cookies with raspberry jam; star-shaped black sesame buttery spritz cookies with milk chocolate; flakey walnut and pistachio rolls flavored with orange peel and orange blossom; and coquitos, coconut macaroons filled with spiced pineapple-star anise jam.
Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing.
