Spanish Paella

We don’t know about you, but when we think about Spain, there’s one dish that jumps to mind: paella! In this class Joe Bayley will lead a discussion of the Spanish pantry, and teach you how to cook contemporary versions of their most famous dish. You’ll sip on wine (for educational purposes, of course!) as you make gilda (skewered piparra pepper, anchovy, and olives); paella mixta (paella with chicken, chorizo, and peas); paella de setas (paella with wild mushrooms, shallots, and corn); and fideua negra (paella with thin pasta, squid, mussels, clams, and squid ink) with alioli.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
