Dying to know how to make soufflés that rise every time? Intimidated by the myth of the deflated soufflé? If you’re as enamored with the theater of a piping hot souffle, then this is the class for you! Pamela Arriagada will teach you the basic techniques for this show-stopping favorite, including the three classic types of soufflé: roux-based, flourless, and pastry cream-based. You’ll make a cauliflower, cheddar, and madras curry soufflé with nigella seeds; a light-as-air chocolate soufflé with passionfruit-coconut sauce; and a Grand Marnier soufflé with vanilla roasted strawberries and bay leaf creme anglaise.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
