Join Pamela Arriagada for this class celebrating the abundant summer fruit in the Pacific Northwest, as you learn to create simple and rustic desserts perfect for any occasion. She’ll teach her summer favorites based around the magical combination of fresh fruit at the peak of its season, and the many varieties of flakey and crumbly doughs. You’ll make late summer berry cobbler with cornmeal biscuits; cherry and raspberry shortcakes with basil and sour cream whip; peach caramel slump with cinnamon dumplings; and candied apple pandowdy with buttermilk anglaise.

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
