Stuffed bread is a universal staple, but no one does them quite like they do in Russia, where their intense winters have helped them develop a style that is both simple and unique. Join Marie Rutherford as she teaches you how to mix, shape, and rise dough for curried mushroom, chard, and cheese piroshki and spiced lamb, pork, and bulgar piroshki with sour cream. You’ll round it out with a cabbage salad with herbs, poppyseeds and grated egg, and finish the meal with apple, farmers cheese, & thyme piroshki.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
