We all know about those delicious potato dumplings from Italy, but did you know they have a French cousin? Join Marie Rutherford as she shows you how to make a perfect pâté-a-choux dough, which you’ll turn into a variety of summer dishes. One the menu: crispy fried gnocchi with pecorino cheese and pea and preserved lemon pesto; baked summer corn gnocchi with zucchini, confit tomatoes, and coriander yogurt; and nettle gnocchi with hazelnut butter.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
