Pakistani Street Food: Kabobs

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $140

Pakistan is known for its street side barbecue dishes, and seekh kebabs are one of the most popular. So Kausar Ahmed is showing us how to recreate these succulent skewered and grilled meats in our own yard! You’ll make both beef and chicken seekh kababs; homemade paratha flatbreads lightly fried in ghee; sweet and tangy tamarind chutney; Pakistani-style green hot sauce with cilantro and mint; and achari bhindi (spicy okra cooked with tomatoes and pickling spices).

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. Cancellation Policy

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
