Have dreams of turning out freshly-baked homemade bread this holiday season, but aren't sure where to start? Then join Pamela Arriagada to make some of her favorite holiday breads! You’ll learn techniques for creating classic bread shapes, how to achieve slow rise for great flavor, and how to garnish your final creations as you make a braided round loaf with chocolate, orange, and canela; roasted spiced carrot braid with nigella seeds and cilantro-shallot butter; a rosemary, walnut, and fig brie wheel; and and ode to her celebrating her holidays in the summer hemisphere, a wreath filled with almond cream and Pisco-soaked dried apricots and cherries with apricot lemon drizzle.
Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. If you’re vegetarian, pescatarian, or gluten-free, you can use the drop-down menu on our events page to view the best classes to fit your needs. If a class you’re interested in doesn’t appear in that filtered view, please email us before registering and we’ll see if the class’s menu can be modified.
All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
