No gluten? No problem! Whether you follow a gluten-free diet or not, learn how making gluten-free pasta by hand opens up a world of flavor possibilities. In this class pasta aficionado Marie Rutherford will demystify different ingredients and techniques that will yield just as tender pasta as its glutenful counterparts. You’ll learn how to craft tagliatelle with charred onion and pistachio salsa verde; cavatelli with coconut, green curry, mint, peas, and radish; and potato gnocchi with celery root “alfredo” and burnt lemon.

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
