Join us for a dinner where we do all the cooking! Each month we open the doors between our classrooms and seat 40 guests for a five-course family-style spread, featuring all the ingredients we’re excited about. This winter we’re dreaming of Sicily, and celebrating the holidays with ingredients from this Mediterranean island - loads of seafood, citrus, ricotta, and pistachios. Pricing includes tip, a wine pairing with each savory course, and tea or coffee with dessert.

The vegetarian version will include:
- Whipped ricotta with herbs and preserved lemon to replace the salt cod filling
- Shaved citrus and fennel salad to replace the crudo
- Green olive, chard, and lemon stuffed phyllo rolls to replace the rockfish filets
The gluten-free version will include:
- Gluten-free crackers to replace the cannoli shells
- Braised white beans to replace the fregola
- Gluten-free biscotti.
While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
