Family Dinner: Boustany Cookbook Release

Price: $150

Join us for a dinner where we do all the cooking! Each month we open the doors between our classrooms and seat 40 guests for a five-course family-style spread, featuring all the ingredients we’re excited about. This time we are hosting Palestinian chef Sami Tamimi to celebrate the release of his new cookbook: Boustany. The first solo cookbook from Ottolenghi co-founder Sami Tamimi, Boustany is a homage to Palestinian food and culture. "Boustany" translates from Arabic as "my garden," which reflects Sami's signature style and approach to food: colourful and simple vegetable- and grain-led dishes. Sami will join the Pantry team to enjoy some of his favorite dishes from the book. Pricing includes a wine pairing with each savory course, tea or coffee with dessert, and a copy of Boustany.

Cancellation Policy

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
