Winter Farmers Market

Duration: 3 hours, 30Type: In-PersonPrice: $135

We certainly don’t need anyone to remind us to hit the farmers market in the height of summer, but in the winter, things change. The choice gets more limited, and let’s face it, it’s hard to feel inspired when it’s cold and rainy out. So join Renée Beaudoin as she shows you how to make the winter market feel fresh and exciting! You’ll make winter vegetable cassoulet with cannellini beans, celeriac, leeks, sweet potato, and thyme; cauliflower steaks piled with roasted fennel, homemade chili oil, blood orange, herbs, and feta; and endive, radicchio, and spiced almonds with pickled pears and a mustard vinaigrette. You’ll sip on a freshly made pear-ginger shrub and finish the meal off with roasted apples with cardamom oat crumble and whipped mascarpone.
