West Coast Sourdough Pizza

If there’s one dish that needs no introduction, it’s pizza. It’s a dish famous worldwide, with as many regional variations as there are toppings. In this class Nico Muratore will share his love for west coast-style sourdough pizza. You’ll learn how to care for and feed your own sourdough starter, and how to mix, proof, and shape it into prizeworthy pies. He’ll share two ways to sauce your pizzas: Bianco DiNapoli sauce and fresh sungold tomato sauce, and use them to make classic and contemporary west coast favorites: cheese pizza with fresh mozzarella and summer herbs; corn and pepper pie with whipped ricotta; and salted zucchini and sungold tomato pie with chili crisp and mozzarella.

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
