If you’re craving comfort in these cold and rainy months, join Michelle Nguyen in this class on Vietnamese comfort food, where she’ll teach you how to make some of the classics at home. You’ll make bò kho (a tender, fall-apart braised beef stew with herbs, aromatics, and broth), classically served with a baguette. Also on the menu: thit kho, (claypot caramelized pork belly and eggs) with mustard greens and rice; and cellophane noodle salad with pickled carrot and daikon, bamboo shoots, and crispy fried rice paper.

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
