The Pacific Northwest Grill

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $145

Can’t wait for grilling season? Then join Nicco Muratore for this class, where you’ll learn the principles of high-heat cooking, as well as some new tricks on the grill that will keep you eating outside all summer long. He’ll teach you the difference between wood, charcoal, and gas grilling, and how to build and maintain a fire as you make grilled king salmon with charred spring onions, roasted radishes, and herby beurre blanc; grilled asparagus with vadouvan sauce gribiche and pickled charred shallots; grilled apricots with halloumi, toasted almonds, basil, and chili; and grilled sourdough topped with nettle-sorrel crème fraiche and blistered snap peas.

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. Cancellation Policy

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
