Join Stefan Milne and learn how dishes can incorporate kelp or miso and still taste distinctly Mediterranean as you make Albacore tuna ceviche with olives, charred scallion oil, basil, and gem lettuce; marinated cucumber and summer melon with pistachio miso cream and dukkah; clams with homemade ‘nduja, kelp-tomato broth and grilled sourdough; and almond cake with burnt honey, orange blossom and stone fruit.
Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. If a class you’re interested in doesn’t appear in that filtered view, please email us before registering and we’ll see if the class’s menu can be modified.
All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
