Cannoli’s crisp and delicious shells are the mainstay of any great Italian bakery, filled with anything you can dream up. In this class Laura Pyles will teach you how to mix and fry your own to perfection. You’ll make ricotta and lemon curd from scratch and hone your chocolate-dipping skills while whipping up piles of classic cannoli with amaretto-whipped ricotta and brandied cherries; and lemon mascarpone cannoli with candied lemon peel and pistachios; and chocolate-dipped cannoli with a chocolate shell and espresso mascarpone cream.

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
