If you love Cabernet Sauvignon - this class will have you saying, “Oui, Tres Bien”! Bordeaux is and always has been a master at producing incredible wine, and its delicious blends are some of the most famous and sought after in the world. Like many regions with a long history, there’s a lot to be excited about, understand, and taste. In this class taught by Sommelier Janet Beeby we will explore the left and right banks, White Bordeaux and more. We will delve into the grapes, appellations, climate, and history while pairing each wine to a delicious regional cheese.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
