Thai Barbecue

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $145

Fire and smoke are at the heart of Thailand's vibrant food culture. From bustling night markets to family gatherings, grilled dishes are enjoyed across the country, bringing bold marinades, complex herbs, and the unmistakable aroma of charcoal cooking. In this class, Soy Dara will guide you through cooking classic street food favorites gai yang (barbecue chicken marinated in coriander and palm sugar); si krong moo yang (barbecue pork ribs); neau yang nam tok (grilled flank steak salad with rice powder and lime juice); nam jim jaew (spicy dipping sauce); som tum (papaya salad); khao niew (sticky rice); and cool down with nam lum yai (longan tea).

Cancellation Policy

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
