If you’re as enamored with the theater of a piping hot souffle, then this is the class for you! Heather Newton will teach you the basic techniques for this show-stopping favorite, including the three classic types of soufflé: roux-based, flourless, and pastry cream-based. You’ll make a summer corn, tomato, and zucchini soufflé; a light-as-air chocolate soufflé with with Chinese 5 spice and chocolate ganache; and a summer berry soufflé with orange and almond creme anglaise.
