Summer Mezze

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $145

Join Nadia Tommalieh for a flavorful summer evening exploring the vibrant world of Arabic mezze. Together we’ll gather fresh, seasonal ingredients, learn traditional techniques, and enjoy the joy of cooking together as we prepare, grilled kibbeh mashwiyeh (bulgar parcels stuffed with seasoned lamb and beef) with pomegranate molasses sauce; fattoush bil laban (yogurt, summer vegetable, and mint salad with olive oil–toasted pita); betinjan bil hamid, (roasted eggplant layered with date molasses and jalapeño lemon sauce); batata bil sumac (roasted baby potatoes tossed in a sumac and herb sauce); salatet bateekh w jebneh (watermelon paired with fried nabulsi cheese, and dressed with basil and mint sauce; and lemonada bil na’na’ (sparkling lemonade with mint and orange blossom).

Cancellation Policy

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
