Then join Jessica Sherrow, owner of Pennyloaf Bread Co., for this hands-on workshop on artisan sourdough bread. You’ll take a deep dive into the science, smells, tastes, and feel of naturally leavened dough, getting your hands on every step of the process as you make your very own country loaf. You'll leave covered in flour, but with a fresh loaf of bread, plenty of dough, active starter, and all the resources, tools, and knowledge needed to get busy baking at home!

Cancellation Policy

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
