In this class, Marianna Stepniewski will teach you how to make two styles of flakey crusts, as well as how to troubleshoot common pastry problems. We’ll bake steak and stout pies with flakey lard pie dough; lamb and harissa sausage rolls with preserved lemon and mint.; and root vegetable cobbler with leeks, mushrooms, and herby cornmeal biscuits.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit.
