Dumplings are a universal staple, but no one does them quite like they do in Poland. With their intense winters and colorful cultural history, they’ve developed a style that is both simple and unique. Join Marianna Stepniewski as she teaches you how to make classic pierogi dough that you’ll fold into spiced pork pierogi with prunes and applesauce; roasted carrot, caramelized onion, and caraway pierogi with crispy garlicky breadcrumbs; and Brandied apple and farmer's cheese pierogi with mace-spiced buttermilk custard sauce.
