Parisian Street Food

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $135

Paris, far from being a purely French culinary city, is a vibrant hub that mixes immigrant culture with its own rich heritage in a perfect melange. One can find a traditional crêpes stand next to a Lebanese spot, or the newest bao pinch bun cart next to Belgian waffles. It truly is a city of infinite food opportunities. Join Marie Rutherford as she shares contemporary spins on her favorite on-the-go eats from her time in France. On the menu: salt and vinegar socca with smoked tuna aioli; falafel with sour cherries, coriander, mint, and yogurt; pickled spicy cucumber and radish; croque forestière (grilled mushroom sandwich with lentils and pecans); eggplant caviar; and homemade pita.

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. If you’re vegetarian, pescatarian, or gluten-free, you can use the drop-down menu on our events page to view the best classes to fit your needs. If a class you’re interested in doesn’t appear in that filtered view, please email us before registering and we’ll see if the class’s menu can be modified.

Cancellation Policy

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
