Join Laura Pyles for an online fundraiser benefiting the Hunger Intervention Program, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing food security for underserved populations in North King County through nutritious meals, educational programs, and advocacy. In this class you’ll celebrate the PNW bounty by learning some tips and tricks for simple vegetable-driven meals. You’ll make tomato and peppadew pepper shakshuka; sweet potato skillet bread; and caramelized fennel and treviso salad with basil and mustard vinaigrette.
