It's everyone’s favorite class: how to create delicious thin-crust pizza at home! Nicco Muratore is going to show you everything you need to know to create perfectly blistered pies in your home oven. You’ll learn how to make New York-style pizza dough, how to achieve a slow rise for maximum flavor, how to shape and stretch the dough, and how to successfully transfer your pizzas to and from the oven. We’ll top our pizzas with Bianco Di Napoli tomato sauce and make classic cheese pizza; pepperoni pizza with hot honey; and spring vegetable pizza with mushroom cream, fresh mozzarella, fried basil, and balsamic glaze, before sitting down to eat them straight from the heat!
Please note: While this menu includes pork, it can easily be left out for a vegetarian guest. All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
