Richly aromatic broths, complex spices, and hearty plates of stick-to-your-ribs goodness are just a few of the things that keep us running back to Mexican food for comfort. In this class Gino Garcia will feed our bellies - and our souls - with some of his favorite cozy dishes. You’ll learn how to make pozole blanco (pork and hominy stew) accompanied by a spicy arbol chile salsa; enchiladas suizas (potato and cheese stuffed tortillas, roasted with a creamy salsa verde); arroz blanco (Mexican-style braised white rice with corn and roasted poblanos); frijoles de fiesta (creamy pinto beans with Chihuahua cheese and chipotle chile); and churros con chocolate - freshly fried churros dusted with cinnamon sugar and served alongside Mexican chocolate.

If a class you’re interested in doesn’t appear in that filtered view, please email us before registering and we’ll see if the class’s menu can be modified.
While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
