Malaysian Street Food

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $140

Join Michelle Nguyen as she takes you on a tour through the food stalls of Malaysia, a country whose cuisine was built on “Asian Fusion” long before it was popular! She’ll teach you about the rich cultural and culinary history of Malaysia as you make nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice with cucumbers, fried shallots, and fried egg); laksa (coconut curry noodle soup with chicken, shrimp, tofu, and rice noodles); roti (homemade flatbread with spiced stone fruit chutney); and satay (grilled beef with a Madura black peanut sauce).

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. If a class you’re interested in doesn’t appear in that filtered view, please email us before registering and we’ll see if the class’s menu can be modified.
