The Pantry is excited to announce the return of our kids culinary camps! This 5-day hands-on class for kids will explore tasty foods from our favorite summertime place: the beach! We will learn about a different famous beach each day, and make treats that one could find there. We’ll cook beach food from Copacabana Beach in Brazil, Waikiki Beach in Hawaii, Bondi Beach in Australia, Maya Bay in Thailand, and Navagio Beach in Greece. We’ll finish each day with a family-style meal filled with dishes we made in class, and the students will make and decorate a cookbook for all their recipes.
This week’s camp is designed for kids ages 11-13.
Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. We are able to accommodate a vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free diet for our Kids Camps. If your child has additional dietary needs, please email us before registering and we’ll see if the menu can be modified.
While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
