Why choose between cake and ice cream when you can have both? Ice cream cakes are the perfect dessert for celebrations, or for any day that frozen cake is on your mind! In this class Marianna Stepniewski will teach you how to mix, bake, and freeze cake, and spin Philadelphia-style ice cream, with some homemade sprinkles thrown in for the hell of it. You’ll make citrus creamsicle ice cream cake; blackberry tahini ice cream cake; and spumoni-inspired ice cream cake.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
