Grilling 101

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $140

Can’t wait for the grilling season? Then join Darin Gagner for this class, where you’ll learn some of the principles of high-heat cooking, as well as some new tricks on the grill that will keep you eating outside all summer long. He’ll teach you the difference between wood, charcoal, and gas grilling, and how to build and maintain a fire as you make dry-brined & grilled spatchcock chicken with pepper and chile puree; spicy pork ribs with a sesame, ginger, and hoisin sauce; blackened asparagus with citrus dressing and brown butter breadcrumbs; and grilled pineapple with orange and rum-whipped mascarpone.
