Field Trip: Wild Wreath at Hama Hama

Duration: TBDType: In-PersonPrice: $TBD

Join Renée Beaudoin for a magical day of playing and wreath-making on the Olympic Peninsula! You’ll all gather for a woodland walk, where you’ll forage in the forest while learning about sustainable harvesting and cutting. You’ll carry your bounty back to Hama Hama Oyster Company, where we’ll convene for a cozy lunch by the river. From there you'll transform your forest finds into wild wreaths! You’ll learn the meaning behind traditional wreaths, how to weave with fresh cuts, tips for foraging, and techniques for making your own effortless-looking wreaths from the northwest winter bounty. Everyone will make and leave with their own wild wreath, as well anything else they foraged.
