Pate a choux dough brings us a wide array of delicacies like cream puffs, eclairs, profiteroles, and churros. Once you have mastered this batter, there is an endless opportunity to utilize its crisp, puffy goodness for show stopping pastries. One celebration favorite is the croquembouche, a tower of cream-filled choux puffs held together by caramelized sugar that evokes the festive air of weddings and holidays alike. In this class Heather Newton will guide students working in teams to create their own croquembouche with vanilla pastry cream, drizzled with shattery amber caramel. You’ll devour your creation with new friends in class and toast the beginning of the festive season!

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
