The British love for sweet treats and little bites knows no bounds, with teatime as a great excuse to tuck into a slice of delicious cake. Join Marianna Stepniewski as she shares her love of British baking (and her talent for creating beautiful cakes), in this class celebrating classic British Cakes. You’ll learn three different cake mixing methods, as well as how to make marzipan and fruit compote from scratch. On the menu: espresso walnut cake with chocolate butter ganache; Victoria Sponge with summer fruit compote and citrusy vanilla cream; and almond plum Battenberg Cake with homemade marzipan.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
