Brioche Workshop

If there’s one dough that celebrates butter, it’s brioche. Brioche sits right at the intersection of bread and pastry and Vindi Rathnayake will show you methods for mixing and kneading this famous dough, as well as how to shape it into a variety of breads. You’ll make brioche à tête; blueberry cheesecake Danish with streusel topping and lime glaze; gâteau de Saint-Genix (brioche with candied almond and topped with pearl sugar); and caramelized onion star bread with fennel and Gruyère served with curry leaf and mustard oil mayonnaise dipping sauce.


Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
