Badass Bartending: Winter Craft Cocktails

Join Anna Wallace, of the much-loved Seattle Seltzer Company, for this cocktails class where she’ll teach you how to make old-school cocktail ingredients from scratch for your home bar. For this winter class we will be visiting some older recipes and techniques that result in more homey and comforting cocktails, as well as highlighting the seasonal flavors of citrus. Anna will show you all the tools and techniques you need to make craft cocktails, as well as a bit of cocktail history and some ideas for homemade syrups, sodas, and flavoring agents. You’ll learn how to mix and taste drinks for balance as you make a classic Gin and Tonic with homemade Tonic Water; a Gin Maison with homemade orange cordial; a Tequila Beet Shrub; and a Marmalade Sour with Cognac and egg white.

Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
