Join Anna Wallace for this cocktails class, where you'll learn to make old-school cocktail ingredients from scratch for your home bar. She’ll show you all the tools and techniques you need to make craft cocktails, as well as a bit of cocktail history and some ideas for classic homemade syrups, sodas and flavoring agents. In this agave-focused class, you’ll taste various styles of agave spirits, and learn how to successfully pair different styles of Tequila and Mezcal with different flavor profiles in cocktails. You’ll make the Worlds Best Margarita, a twist on the classic cocktail Reposado's Last Word, as well as a modern classic recipe, Palo Santal Sour with homemade hibiscus tea syrup and finally we will learn how to make the classic sipping tequila accoutrements Sangrita Verte and Sangrita Rosso.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
