Join Angela Buck-Hatter for this cocktail class, where you'll learn to make old-school cocktail ingredients from scratch for your home bar. She’ll show you all the tools and techniques you need to make craft cocktails, as well as a bit of cocktail history and some ideas for classic homemade syrups, sodas, and flavoring agents. In this whiskey-focused class you’ll taste and talk about the various styles of American whiskey, from rye hailing from the Northeast to bourbon in the South and our local Northwest makers. You’ll shake, swirl, and sip as you learn to make a peach bourbon mint julep, a rye whiskey kumquat sour, and a sherry cask whiskey old fashioned.
