With more than 500 native wine varieties, 350 common indigenous wine grapes, and 20 major wine regions, the options in Italy makes it a challenge to master. In this class taught by sommelier Janet Beeby we will explore Northern Italy and sip the major wines of this very tasty region. We’ll delve into wine and regional food pairings because in Italy wine and food go hand in hand, and one is rarely served without the other! The class will include wine tastings and we will be making fonduta, an Italian cheese fondue together!

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
