A Hanukkah Feast

Duration: 3 hoursType: In-PersonPrice: $140

Hanukkah, the festival of lights, is one of the highlights of the feasting season in the Jewish community, with a parade of traditional foods enjoyed with friends and family over 8 days. Crispy, fried, irresistible, Hanukkah wouldn’t be the same without latkes – a true sign of celebration, and Jonathan Silverberg’s deep love for latkes led him to use them as bread for sandwiches at his popular Seattle food truck Napkin Friends! Join him in class as he shares stories of the season while making some of his holiday favorites. On the menu: latkes with sour cream and homemade applesauce; red wine-braised brisket with spiced tomato jam; roasted root vegetable tzimmes; and sufginyot (jelly-filled donuts).

Cancellation Policy

All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

We understand that plans can change. When possible, we are happy to offer a credit or a transfer to a future event if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist. Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
