Taylor Pelella

Taylor Pelella has spent the last decade working at the intersection of food, agriculture, and community. After studying Communication Studies at James Madison University, she pursued opportunities in sustainable agriculture and food systems, including coursework in Costa Rica and the Galápagos Islands focused on conservation and sustainable farming practices.

Since moving to Seattle in 2017, Taylor has worked across a range of farm and food-focused organizations, including Seattle Urban Farm Company, Lowlands Farm, and The Pantry.

At The Pantry, Taylor manages private events and supports programming operations, collaborating with chefs, instructors, vendors, and local producers to source ingredients and bring classes, events, and community programming to life. She is passionate about creating meaningful food experiences that connect people to the region's agricultural community.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys creating art, making music, and preparing elaborate snacks with friends.
