Kids Camp Class Assistant (Summer Position)
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Assist in hands-on cooking classes for kids ages 9-15. Support the guests and instructor to encourage community and ensure a smooth event. Wash dishes.
- Help set up before class and clean up after class.
Timeline and Schedule:
- End of June through end of August.
- Monday through Friday, from 7am-3pm.
Pay:
- This position will average 40 hours a week, with a salary of $24 per hour.
Personality:
- We are looking for someone who is social, warm, and has strong communication skills. A highly organized person who can prioritize between multiple tasks in a busy work environment while still maintaining attention to detail. Someone who is comfortable solving problems without direct supervision.
Experience:
- Since the Pantry is a unique place, we don't expect you to have direct experience. But we do look to see a trajectory on a resume, so we can see how the Pantry would be your perfect summer job.
