The search for the perfect hand-pulled noodle inspired Michelle Nguyen to become a master of all things pasta related, and in this class she will recreate some of her family favorites. Michelle will teach you how to make traditional Lamian hand-pulled noodles that you’ll cook into Taiwan’s most famous dish: Niu Rou Mian (“beef noodle soup”) with braised beef shank and tea eggs. Also on the menu, Zha Jiang Mian (“fried sauce noodles”) with ground pork smothered in tianmianjiang (sweet bean sauce); the old school classic Danzai Mian (“shoulder pole noodles”) topped with a single shrimp and pork sauce; and stir-fried garlic pea shoots.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit.
