With its simple, clean flavors and abundant use of fresh herbs, Vietnamese cuisine is considered to be one of the healthiest and most delicious cuisines on the planet. We agree, so we’re excited to have Michelle Nguyen show you how to prepare a summer meal filled with classic Vietnamese flavors. You’ll make mi quang (turmeric noodle soup with pork, shrimp, banana blossoms, black sesame rice crackers, peanuts, and mint); banh khoai (crispy mung bean crepe filled with pork belly, shrimp, and bean sprouts); bo thau me dua leo (tamarind beef and cucumber salad with mint, peanuts, and chilies); and che bap di tam (sweet corn pudding with sticky rice and coconut milk).
