Move over New York style, there’s a new pizza in town! A spin on Sicilian deep-dish pizza, Detroit-style pizza is wooing pizza fans everywhere with its chunky tomato sauce, gooey Wisconsin cheese, and crispy corners worth fighting over. Join Marianna Stepniewski as you learn how to make classic Detroit-style pizza dough from scratch, and then top it with a variety of goodies as you make red-stripe pies, classic pepperoni pies, linguicia pies with hot honey and pineapple, and veggie lover’s pies with pistachio pesto, artichoke hearts, feta, and red peppers. You’ll round out the meal with a classic chopped salad with romaine, cabbage, radishes and parmesan vinaigrette and leave with a deeper appreciation for the midwest’s take on pizza.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
