We love Din Tai Fung as much as the next guy, but let’s be real: those lines are long! And while the Dim Sum kitchen seems like a mysterious place, there’s nothing going on in there that you can’t learn to make at home. In this class, Michelle Nguyen will teach you how to recreate xiao long bao, those famous soup dumplings, with ease! You’ll make crab and pork soup dumplings with yuzu-ginger soy sauce; ginger-chicken soup dumplings with spicy black vinegar soy sauce; and tofu, bok choy, and mushroom soup dumplings with truffled soy sauce.
Please note: some classes can be adjusted for students with dietary restrictions, but many cannot. All class and event purchases at The Pantry are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

Because our classes are small and ingredient-driven, this is not guaranteed and depends on demand and timing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit or transfer, as we are typically unable to fill those spots on short notice.
