Tacos are universally loved, and Baja California-style fish tacos are a west coast favorite! In this class Gino Garcia will teach you how to whip up fresh corn tortillas that'll make you never look at store-bought tortillas the same. You'll fill your tacos with crispy beer-battered shrimp and grilled red snapper marinated with zarandeado sauce, and load them up with salsa blanca (crema-based sauce); pico de gallo; salsa chiltepin (vinegary, fiery hot sauce); and a cabbage and carrot slaw. You’ll finish out the summery taco feast with freshly made blackberry paletas.

While our event purchases are nonrefundable, we are generally happy to give a credit for a future event when we can fill your spot. If you need to cancel, we will reach out to the waitlist. If we get any takers, we can then issue you a credit. The chances of finding a replacement are higher with as much advance notice as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
