Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: all of Marie Rutherford‘s favorite dishes for the End of Summer. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-6:30pm.
Whole-roasted eggplant with chickpeas, apricots, herbs, and a smoky vinaigrette
Grilled chicken with pickled tomato and spiced avocado relish
Charred zucchini with basil almond pesto
Late summer salad with sunflower seeds and sprouts, red peppers, and roasted red onion dressing
Sour cream crumb cake with red wine-roasted plums
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the grilled chicken with mascarpone polenta. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
We’re now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
